And welcome to Edheldor. In a forest near the western sea, Edheldor is the last city of elves in the forth age. In our halls, you can find fantasy rpgs, discussion forums, and games. Please make yourself at home and look around.
I'm not sure, I personally don't think it too good, I mean look at us, we basically say, "Hey, its wrong for you to kill someone" and then we kill them . . . NO I don't want bad guys out in the world, but isn't there a better way for them to learn? How can we honestly say it's wrong to kill if we do it?
But isn't there a difference between killing, murdering, and executing? The real question is what does God say about the criminal justice system, and if you compared what God wants to what is there. Like in Genesis 9:6 "Whoever sheds man's blood, by man his blood shall be shed; for in the image of God, He made man." So when Noah got out of the ark, that's what God found reasonable, to execute a murderer, not kill a killer.
So if that's true, then the criminal justice system would still be at fault, because they don't execute all murderers. In both situations they are wrong because they are somewhere in the middle.
